Delete My Account
This schedules permanent deletion after a seven-day cancellation period. Ordinary access is disabled immediately. Eligible account, credential, entitlement, synchronization, assessment, and progress records held by The Quest are deleted after the waiting period.
Store transaction records may remain when required for fulfillment, accounting, fraud prevention, disputes, or law. Household profiles, Plan data, inventory, Quest progress, and PIN data stored only on your device are not held on The Quest servers; clear local app data or uninstall The Quest to remove those local copies.
Subscriptions are separate: deleting this account does not cancel billing through Apple, Google Play, or another provider. Manage those subscriptions with that provider before deleting your account.
Review consequences
- You will lose access to this customer identity and its Complimentary Access.
- Other customers and shared published Quest content are not deleted.
- The request can be cancelled for seven days by signing in and returning here.
- Local device copies and backups remain under your control.
